To operate, secure, and support AdReflex Enterprise, manage accounts and billing, communicate service notices, and improve performance and security. AdReflex Corporation does not sell personal information.
Customer data
Customer data remains owned by the customer and is stored in a dedicated, isolated database per customer.

Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, with safeguards in place.

AdReflex Corporation acts as a data controller for website data and a data processor for customer data processed through AdReflex Enterprise.

2.4 Customer Data & Isolation
Customer data processed within AdReflex Enterprise remains owned by the customer and is stored in a logically and physically isolated database environment dedicated to each customer.
2.5 Data Storage & Transfers
Data may be processed or stored in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where AdReflex Corporation or its authorized service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards applied.
2.6 Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are used to support authentication, analytics, and site functionality. Browser settings may be used to control cookies.
3. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
This section applies to California residents and supplements the Privacy Policy above. AdReflex Corporation does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Security & SOC 2 Alignment
AdReflex Corporation maintains a security program designed to align with the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, including Security, Availability, Confidentiality, and Processing Integrity, as applicable to AdReflex Enterprise.

- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Logical segregation of customer environments
- Incident response and monitoring procedures

5. Enterprise Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
This DPA forms part of the AdReflex Enterprise Master Software License Agreement between AdReflex Corporation (Processor) and the customer (Controller).
- Customer retains ownership of all customer data
- Data is processed solely to deliver AdReflex Enterprise
- Each customer is provisioned a dedicated database environment
- Authorized subprocessors are bound by contractual data protection obligations
- Data export and deletion follow service terms unless retention is required by law
